All trays come with a garnish of In-House Pickles, Lil Lucia's Peppers in Oil, Fresh Onion Slices, a Single Serving of each of our 4 BBQ Sauces, and Sliced Ciabatta Bread. *Meats are by the 1/2 pound except for Chicken Thighs and Smoked Chicken Wings which are by the each. ****You can only choose 1 item as much as you would like to order at a time and add it to your order. Just repeat the process with other items until your tray is built. (We are working on a solution to this and will fix it as soon as possible)
